DMEM Low Glucose w/ L-Glutamine w/o Sodium Bicarbonate w/ Sodium Pyruvate – P0061
Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is designed to preserve and maintain the growth of a broad spectrum of mammalian cell types.
Biowest DMEM Low Glucose corresponds to the original formulation with 1000 mg/L of glucose and sodium pyruvate. Supplemented with Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), DMEM allows the proliferation of mouse embryonic stem cells.
Its formulation contains no sodium bicarbonate.

To supplement with sodium bicarbonate,
Addition of sodium bicarbonate 7.5% solution (ref: L0680) : 49.3 ml/l
Addition of sodium bicarbonate powder (ref: P2060) : 3.7 g/l
