DMEM Low Glucose w/ L-Glutamine w/o Sodium Bicarbonate w/ Sodium Pyruvate – P0061

Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is designed to preserve and maintain the growth of a broad spectrum of mammalian cell types.

Biowest DMEM Low Glucose corresponds to the original formulation with 1000 mg/L of glucose and sodium pyruvate. Supplemented with Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), DMEM allows the proliferation of mouse embryonic stem cells.

Its formulation contains no sodium bicarbonate.
