Trypsin is a porcine pancreas-derived enzyme that is commonly used for the dissociation of mammalian cells and tissues. The concentration of trypsin necessary to remove the cells from their substrate depends on the sensitivity of the cells.

This reference contains 0.25% of trypsin and no phenol red.
